I am using Intel Crown Bay CRB to develop my own bootloader based on Intel FSP for Atom E6xx @ https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/intel-firmware-support-package/intel-fsp-overview.html https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/intelligent-systems/intel-firmware-support-package/intel-fsp-overview.html
Now the fist stage of FSP initialization (TempRamInitEntry) is completed with success, but after I call FspInitEntry (the 2nd stage initialization) the board hangs.
I instrumented my codes to output a number to port 80h before calling FspInitEntry() and output another different number to port 80h after FspInitEntry() returns to its ContinuationFunc, but the first number was shown in the board's 7-segment LEDs.
Any hint? Does FSP output anything to port 80h for any debugging purpose?

Hello Binmeng,
If you do not already have access to IPS, please see the https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/performance-tools-for-software-developers-intel-premier-support# 3 IPS FAQ.
That page provides instructions to submit your issues using the IPS tool. Please refer to the section "How do I submit an issue to Intel® Premier Support?"
If you have troubles with accessing IPS, or you need assistance getting access to the FSP category, please contact your local Field Application Engineer (FAE).
Best Regards,
Casey H.

Hi Casey,
I just checked my IPS, and seems there is nothing returned when I type 'fsp' in the search text box. Actually I tried to type anything meaningful, but got nothing.
I suspect my IBL account has not been setup to use IPS yet.
Could you kindly forward my question to the FSP support team? Thank you.
Regards,
Bin

Hello Bin,
It does sound as if your IPS account is not set up correctly with the proper product permissions.
To correct this you will need to contact your FAE who can assist with getting you access to FSP support.
Best Regards,
Casey H.
