Atom X6000E series (Elkhart Lake) ECC Fault injection

Is it possible to inject ECC errors in order to check the IBECC mechanism. Also is there a way to read the status of ECC memory?

Out Intel contact that is no longer your company referred us to :

but we cannot find this document.
