How to change Atom EG20T HUB registers BAUDSEL.. on power up

Hello ,

I am developing an Atom boot loader using BLDK.

Starting with "CB-EDKII-PostGold-2.3.6.8" firmware, where is the code location so I can modify the register's for the Topcliff (BAUDSEL,PLL2VCO,BAUDDIV, UARTCLKSEL) on power up?

How do I remove the SuperIO code as I don't have this in the design.
