How to retrieve the real physical address of MMIO registers?

Intel N3350

gpio_mem_NORTHWEST Registers:

for example,

Pad Configuration DW0 (PAD_CFG_DW0_GPIO_74)—Offset 610h

How can I retrieve the real physical address of "DW0 register"?

You may try D0+PORT_ID+offset(in this case 0610 for GPIO_74).
