IA Core Power and Integrated Graphics Power over Package Power after adding

hi,when I used TAT Monitor to measure my motherboard's CPU power , I found the IA Core Power and the Integrated Graphics Power is more than Package Power after adding,(IA 4.18W,Integrated Graphics 6.42W,but Package Power just 8.1W).

  I don't understand it's my motherboard's issue or TAT's.Could you please tell me whether it's normal in TAT and why did it happen?

My computer's specifications:

CPU: J3355

Memory: 4G

OS: WIN10_X64

Could you please clarify if this situation happens on your design or a third- party design? 

 

In case that it is a third-party device, could you please inform the name of the manufacturer, its model, the part number, and where its documentation is stated?

 

On the other hand, could you please let us know how many units of the project related to this circumstance have been manufactured? How many are affected? Could you please give the failure rate? Also, could you please list the sources that you have used to design it and if it has been verified by Intel?

 

Could you please give pictures of the top side markings of the affected processors? By the way, please provide the part number of the processors associated to this situation.

 

Finally, could you please verify if this situation persists using the Intel(R) Power Thermal Utility [Intel(R) PTU] for Apollo Lake-I SoC and Windows* OS 10 document # 568714 and let us know the outcomes of this suggestion? ​This situation happens on our design but I can't provide our sources . However, I found the same issue on a ASRock's motherboard: J3455-ITX. There are I can provide for your questions:

  1. ​About the ASRock's motherboard, its Part Number is 90-MXB3W0-AOCAYZ and the documentation in https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/J3455-ITX/index.us.asp#Specification.
  2. This situation happens on all 3 test motherboard(1 our J3455 board, 1 our J3355 board, 1 Asrock's J3455-ITX ),they tested in same environment (same memory, SSD disk, OS,maximum TAT6 workload).
  3. When CPU ALL workload + Gfx workload 100% in TAT6 , J3455-ITX's result is IA Power 5.8W, Integrated Graphics 5.3W, Package Power 10W.
  4. ​When I use Intel(R) PTU , this situation still exists.
