IEGD 10.3.1 | how to generate installation driver for GMA900?

I have Dell Optiplex GX280 slim with motherboard and graphic "Intel 82915G/GV910GL express chipset family" so its Intel GMA900 connected to LCD monitor via standard analog VGA cabel. I want to generate an IEGD driver but faced few problems which I can't sort out, so...

In 'new configuration' I picked Intel(R) 915GV Express Chipset, enabled Display Detection and had 3 port devices sDVO-B, sDVO-C and CRT

I choose every port, made 'new package' for Win XP and then picked 'Generate Installation' -> it failed while runing generated setup.exe -> it crashed during installation with this pop-up window message:

"All the components are not installed correctly. Please try installing again."

So what should I do to make it step by step correctly?

now I have installed standard GMA driver but would try this IEGD

any help will be appreciate
