Basically, We are using Intel® HD Graphics driver for Windows, version 36.15,0.1097 in our devices for Windows 10, 32-bit. But, while searching the same in intel website I could see this driver is available only for Windows 7 & Windows 8 with different versions (v36.14.4, v36.18.4) and not available for Windows 10.  PFA of  “Graphics details” & “Windows 7 & 8 Versions”.

Also, Intel® HD Graphics driver for Windows, version 36.15,0.1097, Windows 10 32-bit is not signed by the Microsoft Hardware Quality Lab, which is being used by our devices currently. PFA of “Unsigned Windows 10 Version”.

Can you please let us know if there is any other signed version of Intel® HD Graphics driver for Windows for Windows 10, 32-bit available? If yes please provide the link to download.

We are facing issues in the software due to Graphics Driver, Hence it would be great if you can reply to this  ASAP.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Hello, @Aprjtasngh7:

Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.

Based on your previous message, we want to address the following questions:

Could you please clarify if the design related to this situation has been developed by you, or by a third-party developer?

Could you please provide the name of the manufacturer, part number, where to find the information of the affected project if it is a third-party implementation?

We are waiting for your clarification.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL.
