Hello Anteja,

MinnowBoard MAX development board comes with an E3815 or also an E3825 SOC.

The system boot firmware they use is UEFI.

You will have to check for the Hard Ware differences in your implementation:

http://firmware.intel.com/projects/minnowboard-max http://firmware.intel.com/projects/minnowboard-max

There's also a Linux UEFI validation, that may be worth knowing of:

https://opensource.intel.com/projects/linux-uefi-validation https://opensource.intel.com/projects/linux-uefi-validation

Hope this helps.

Best regards.

Jimmy.

Hello Anteja,

ISG BIOS is now IOTG BIOS, this BIOS doesn't support OpenSource UEFI.

If you're interested in an OpenSource solution you will need to use the FSP (Firmware Support Package for Bay Trail).

Regards,

Jimmy.
