Is the Boot Loader Development Kit still available for the N2600/NM10 (Cedar Trail)

I'm looking for a Cedar Trail Boot Loader, or development kit to allow me to get the Cedar Trail to boot load to linux or similar. Yes I know this is an old product, but currently the end users of our product would like the ability to boot load directly to linux without a BIOS as apparently it's faster that way. Thanks,
