PCIe NTB communication between two Intel Atom 3930 processors

We have a design housing two Intel Atom 3930 processors and they both needs to be communicated over PCIe NTB. Please help us which VxWorks version will support this feature, BSP package and its supported files.

I have a clarification on the NTB irrespective of OS/platform, Is it mandated to have a PCIe switch to perform NTB communication between processors?

or NTB works without the PCIe Switch as well?
