We have met a big problem by HW8076502639402 C3758 sr389.
We bought 780pcs from WPI, the official distributor of intel,this should be 100% original.
While based on customer demand on white horse testing,they have tested out the appearance of these 780pcs HW8076502639402 C3758 sr389 having the following defect as the attached file:
The samples exhibit dents on the metal lid. The samples exhibit scratches through BGA plane, flux residue and dents on the substrates. Samples have deformed and solder bead on the solder balls. The major findings that were found on the tested samples are indications of Re-balled condition.
Based on white horse testing result, it's not so good and showed not original signs.
Could you please kindly help if this is normal in intel production?
Because right now customer wants to return these 780pcs atom CPU to us due to white horse testing results.This will be huge amount and big loss for us.
We really need your suggestions and ideas about this.
