SDK/Firmware availibility for this product: (OBD-II) dongle with Intel® Atom™ x3-C3205RK

We are very interested in doing some testing with this hardware. I've heard that there is a Linux image available (the hardware I have access to is running android....).

Is there an SDK available, and how can I get access to it?
