what‘s the value range of good CPU from AM42 to GND

Our production line feedback that ICT detected Intel MPN: FH8065503553400SR3GZ have differences.

The value between AM42 and GND:

Nomal: more than 6 Ohm

Now: about 3 Ohm  

So we want to know what‘s the value range of good CPU from AM42 to GND . Thanks.

 This MPN is FH8065503553400SR3GZ . INTEL ATOM C2538,

Due to our IC test fail. so we want to know what's the range from AM42 to GND.

The information for component testing is as follows.

 

The resistance value between VNN_CP to GND

1. Defective sample: 2.79 Ohm

2. Raw material(3 samples) : 6.2 Ohm, 5.8 Ohm,  3.6 Ohm

However, it is unclear part of the top side markings of the provided picture, also there is no indication if the processor is unrelated to the mentioned situation or not.

 

Due to these facts, could you please provide pictures indicating clearly the status of the processors?
