Sometime next week I expect our Valley Island (Atom-based) ISX platforms become available on the EDC (edc.intel.com)
I am excited that we finally enable everybody with design experience to design with Intel architecture. It will be interesting to see what kind of designs folks will come up with. This is the EDC landing page from which you can navigate anywhere to obtain collateral, driver, software and other pertinent information.
For most of the information you will require 'Privileged Access'. This information can be identified by a little padlock. You must register as a privileged user to access this information. Just click on the padlock and you will be redirected accordingly.
To finally answer your question. Yes, Valley Island has launched. Here is the EDC link:

I am looking looking for intel atom e3815 based customer reference board. where can I found BakerSport or bayland Bay or Valley View isX development kit. If Intel atom does not support these kits then kindly suggest third party development board based on Intel atom e3815. it should have xdp connector interface for debugging.
