I need help with an ongoing issue with my Dell Latitude 7300
Specs:
Intel Core i5-i5-8365U
Intel UHD 620
16GB RAM
512GB SSD

So far, you have a windows problem, not Intel.  Contact Microsoft or Dell for support.

Whiskey Lake is not supported anymore, please verify this with Dell or their community for any similar issue.

 

You may try updating to the latest drivers just in case.
