I need to submit Gaihi hanteisho for the CPU i7-10700E to Partner in Japan.
our company buy-in a PC system which does include the intel CPU from the PC supplier in Israel.
We sell a Server system as OEM to the partner in Japan from Israel.
The partner in Japan wants to put spare parts of the server in a wherehouse outside in Japan.
The partner will order us the Intel CPU as spare part.
But the purchase condition was to submit Gaihihanteisho from us.
I am working in Japan but doing as liaison therefore the company in Japan do not buy in from a supplier in Japan.
Our supplier in Israel do not understand the Gaihi hantei nor Parametersheet.
I am struggling then reached to this forums...

thank you for your advice. I am hesitate to contact one of the resellers in Japan. since we do not buy any Intel product from any company in Japan. we do deal with company in the US or in Israel .. but anyway I will try.
