Hi there.
Im having problems soldering a legacy processor (intel 3rd gen core i7 AV8063801117503 SR0NC). It is arriving warped beyond 250 micron and this causes solder problems.
Has anyone experienced this and troubleshoot this kind of problems?

So, you are trying to solder a BGA processor that is 13-years old and are experiencing problems?
How did you get this processor? New and used, or was it desoldered from another motherboard?
By the way, in case you do not know, this is an i7-3615QE, end of servicing 6-years ago.
