Intel - Net - 12.18.9.20 - Install error - 0x80070103

I keep seeing the above error in Windows Update screen on my Lenovo laptop, and I have looked high and low to get rid of it. 

I hope you can help me, since its a bit annoying !

Attached is a zip file showing screenshots and the eom204.inf file dated 02/03/2020.

I presume that this is showing up in the Optional section. That section is named this way for a reason: There may be entries that do not apply to your PC or its state. If you wish, you can use the Windows Update Show-Hide tool to hide this update.
