MTBF for Intel CPUs

Hi,

Would anybody help me to find the MTBF or FIT reliability information for the following Intel parts?

FH8065301487717 SR1X6 CPULH8066803102601 SR33P CPU10M02SCU169I7G FPGA

The information of the rest of the listed devices can be found in their PRQ reports that should be requested by filling out the https://qdms.intel.com/Support/Support-IntelQDMS.aspx Submit a QDMS Support Request form.

It is important to let you know that the FIT is a standard industry value defined as the Failure Rate (λ) per billion hours. It can be expressed as:

FIT = λFIT = λhours ×109

By the way, the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) is another standard industry value which predicted elapsed time between inherent failures of a system, during normal system operation. It can be calculated using the following formula:

MTBF = 1 / FIT
