MTBF of FIT of Intel Embedded 10th gen CPUs?

Hi, could anybody please help me to find the MTBF or FIT reliability information for the following Intel CPUs?

 

i3-10100TE

i5-10500TE

i7-10700TE

i9-10900TE

In this link you can access the documents that contain the FIT information about the processors.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/secure/confidential/collections/topics/qualification-reports.html

 

You will need a Premier account to get access to the documents or you may ask for help to any Intel Sales Representative near your zone. 

 

For the i7-10700TE, i9-10900TE you may use the document #633270, but for the other two models, I have not found a specific document.
