В наличии имеется микроконтроллер TN80C196KC20 и даташит к нему.
В даташите отсутствует информация о массе, габаритных размерах, расшифровке обозначений на фронтальной и оборотной стороне (L618QB30F, ‘86’91, M3 (M2), SG, a2 или d2 (a1, a4, b2, b5, f1, f5, g2, a(d)2).
На сайте Intel информация по данному продукту не найдена.
В даташите на странице 3 есть ссылки на Intel System Handbook и Intel Packaging Handbook, но по указанной ссылке они также отсутствуют.
Просим направить дополнительные материалы или предоставить следующую информацию по указанному продукту:
1. масса
2. габаритные размеры
3. расшифровка обозначений на фронтальной стороне
4. расшифровка обозначений на оборотной стороне
5. способ нанесения маркировки на фронтальную и оборотную сторону.

К сожалению в данном документе отсутствует информация о массе, размерах (длина, ширина, высота), обозначении букв L618QB30F и букв с обратной стороны a1, a2, a4, b2, b5, d2, f1, f5, g2, способе нанесения маркировки на фронтальной и обороной стороне.

Был бы очень признателен, если получится найти эту информацию или хотя бы её часть.

Если данная информация есть у русскоговорящих специалистов, прошу переадресовать сообщение им.

Unfortunately, this document does not contain information about mass (weight), sizes (length, width, height), decoding (designation) L618QB30F and letters (characters) a1, a2, a4, b2, b5, d2, f1, f5, g2 on back side, the method of marking on the front and back side.

I hope that may be find this information, may be part of information.

I would be very grateful if you can find this information or at least part of it.
