There is an issue with the memory information when using PTAT

I'm currently using the Intel PTAT (637674_Intel_Power_Thermal_Analysis_Tool_for_Windows_Rev4_6) to validate the server, but the memory information is showing zero except for the power. Moreover, the system can recognize all the memory types and sizes. How to solve it?
