What is wrong with embedded.communities.intel.com's forum software?

Every time I click on a link to this forum, I end up being taken to a blank page with a URL of something like: <<a href="https://sfederation.intel.com/affwebservices/public/saml2sso?SPID=https://communities.intel.com.new&RelayState=https://communities%2Eintel%2Ecom/intelsso" title="https://sfederation.intel.com/affwebservices/public/saml2sso?SPID=https://communities.intel.com.new&RelayState=https://communities%2Eintel%2Ecom/intelsso">https://sfederation.intel.com/affwebservices/public/saml2sso?SPID=https://communities.intel.com.new&RelayState=https://communities%2Eintel%2Ecom/intelsso>

I tested in Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge with the same result.
