Hello zhangliren,
Thanks for your update.
It is important to let you know that the part number related to your consultation is out of our scope of support because it is unrelated to the Intel Embedded products. You can confirm this information in the Embedded Options row of the http://ark.intel.com/products/53450/Intel-Core-i5-2430M-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_00-GHz Intel® Core™ i5-2430M Processor (3M Cache, up to 3.00 GHz) Specifications website.
Due to this fact, your consultations related to this device should be addressed to the https://communities.intel.com/community/tech/processors Intel Processors Forum Community .
However, please review the https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/software-tuning-performance-optimization-platform-monitoring/topic/488785 Voltage levels at different frequency levels on Sandy bridge processor forum and the information stated in Table 7-5, on pages 80 and 81 of the http://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/public/us/en/documents/datasheets/2nd-gen-core-desktop-vol-1-datasheet.pdf 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ Processor Family Desktop, Intel® Pentium® Processor Family Desktop, and Intel® Celeron® Processor Family Desktop Datasheet, Volume 1.
We hope that this information may help you.
