Hello Team,
Note FYI - We are using Broadwell -DE DDR4 Processor Model and for tr0 generation we are using HSPICE P-2019.06-SP1.1.
We have Installed Intel MBERE tool and associate MATLAB* Compiler Runtime (MCR) version 8.0 (R2012b).
While running Intel MBERE we are observed below mentioned error

Hello, @KMANO3:
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
Could you please confirm that you are following the suggestions stated in section 5.3.1, on pages 31, 32, and 33 of the Broadwell-DE Processor DDR4 Signal Integrity Model User Guide (MUG) document # 545924 and in Intel(R) Memory Bit Error Rate Executable [Intel(R) MBERE] User’s Guide document # 569813? These document can be found when you are logged into your Resource & Design Center (RDC) privileged account at the following websites:
http://www.intel.com/cd/edesign/library/asmo-na/eng/545924.htm

The RDC Account Support form is the channel to report or solve any inconvenience related to the cited site, also process your RDC account upgrade. It can be found at:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/forms/design/contact-support.html
Could you please verify if the problem persists with any MATLAB* Compiler Runtime (MCR) version different than the one that you have mentioned? The different versions can be found as a reference at the following website:

Hi,
We have followed the same procedure as mentioned in the document # 545924 ( Broadwell-DE Processor DDR4 Signal Integrity Model User Guide (MUG) ) and # 569813 (Intel(R) Memory Bit Error Rate Executable [Intel(R) MBERE]).
We are struck with this issue, requesting to provide your feedback/suggestion at the earliest to resolve the error.
Thanks

Hi,
We are using same MATLAB* Compiler Runtime (MCR) version 8.0 (R2012b) as mentioned.
When you see the log file, error seems to be in reading the tr0 file.
For your Information even we have tried with HSPICE 2013 version for the tr0 generation, with this also we are observing same errors.
If possible shall we have WebEx session to discuss the issue and resolve at the earliest.
Thanks

Hello, @RChia12:
Thank you for contacting Intel Embedded Community.
Could you please clarify if this situation happens on your design or a third- party design?
In case that it is a third-party device, could you please inform the name of the manufacturer, its model, the part number, and where its documentation is stated?
On the other hand, could you please let us know how many units of the project related to this circumstance have been manufactured? How many are affected? Could you please give the failure rate? Also, could you please list the sources that you have used to design it and if it has been verified by Intel? Could you please let us the procedure that you have followed to determine this issue?
Could you please give party number or pictures of the top side markings of the affected processors?
We are waiting for your reply to these questions.
Best regards,

Hello @[Mæcenas_INTEL],
In fact, we use intel example deck to simulate by MBERE first.
After verifying the deck is no problem, we would use our design to do the same step.
We download 545924-bdw-de-ddr4-si-model-rev0p95zip and follow the user guide to generate intel example deck(.sp)
When we use dq_wr or dq_rd example deck of SODIMM to run Hspice and generate tr0, it can simulate successfully by MBERE
But when we use Hspice to simulation cmd_ctl example deck of SODIMM and generate tr0 and then put it to MBERE, it will show error message from MBERE window.
The example deck was from BDW_DE_DDR4_SI_Model_Rev0p95\SODIMM\cmd_ctl\cmd_near_9p2mm_9p2mm\cmd_near_sodimm_92_92_corner_1.sp
