Hi Intel, Would like to ask do you have the initialization requirement file (in bsdl or svf) format for boundary scan test of Emmitsburg_B1_2001_22x23mm_BGA749_rev1p1.bsdl? the attached document mention of document id 606161, may i know how can i download it? Currently i am working on developing boundary scan test for in-circuit test. Thank you very much.
