25G x 4 retimer + rsfec

Hello, If the SOC does not support RSfec. Can the device C827-AM1 be used between SOC 25G KR port and SFP+ (25Gbps optics) to encode and decode RS-FEC? 

How do i access the datasheet and order evaluation board for this device ?

  2. This Intel Phy will be used to connect the baseband SOC eth port to 25G SFP+.

We highly recommend to refer the datasheet. Please note that the document is not publicly available. You can get the datasheets from Intel RDC site below but the document will requires CNDA:
