Dear Sir/Madam
My company is planning to build an AVB Network Switch, where I want to use Intel gigabit ethernet controllers. We don't have a CNDA established with Intel Cooperation as of now.
Can somebody please help me to establish a CNDA between our company and Intel Cooperation?
TIA
Sincerely,
PS: I already tried to register for IPS and DZP a/c with my company email id, but both got rejected, may be due to lack of CNDA?

Hi Dinesh,
This article talks about procedures for Intel premier service/ Developer Zone a/c, for which CNDA is required. as I said, I already tried to register for IPS and DZP as mentioned in the article and got rejected, possibly due to lack of having CNDA or lack of having Intel Account Representative or both.
We are a startup using Intel chips for the first time. Can you please suggest a way/ steps to meet either of the above pre-requisites for Intel premier service/ Developer Zone a/c?
I was hoping somebody could help me to establish a CNDA between our company and Intel.
Thanks and regards,
Abin

Hi Abin444,
Regarding the CNDA creation, we require some information from your end as below:
1) Have you work with or have contacted any Intel Sales representative? If yes, kindly help to share the name and contact email.
2) May I know which Intel Disti or Intel reseller that you purchased from?
3) Kindly explain brief description of the project that you are working on.
4) Approximate number of units you are planning to purchase or use in your Project per year.
5) Can you help to share if you have the details on why the Developer Zone registration request was cancelled? Any email or screenshot would help.
We look forward for your response on this.

Hi Sazzy,
Thank you for your response.
I had already shared all the requested details over email with Amina and Vikas (Case #: 06499749). After multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication over many days, they ultimately suggested reaching out to a distributor. However, it was Mouser—an Intel-authorized distributor—that pointed us initially to Intel for matters related to CNDA, Intel Premier Service, and Dev Zone Premier. At this point, it’s a classic chicken-and-egg situation, and frankly, this runaround is unacceptable.
We have been trying to obtain critical information on the I210-AT Ethernet controller, but the roadblocks at every step have made it needlessly difficult. Without access to programming details, firmware, drivers, and flash images, we cannot move forward with confidence. This is not a minor inconvenience—it is actively stalling our timeline.
Had we known that getting fundamental product information from Intel would be this difficult, we would have never considered using Intel components.
