Configuring Intel E810 XXVDA4T to generate 10 MHz signal

I'm using Intel Network Adapter E810-XXVDA4T, based on the Intel Ethernet Controller E810. The NIC Card comes with two SMA connectors (SMA1 and SMA2). How can I enable 10 MHz timing output signals on the SMAs? The signal will be generated in a scenario where I use 2 computers with this Network Adapter, together with the linux ptp stack (with ptp4l running on both computer to be more precise).
