Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 5.4.0-113-generic x86_64)
ice-1.8.8
irdma-1.8.46

Hello suhehiro,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Before we check the issue with our engineers, can you share how many adapters are involved on this request? Can you also provide the exact model of your E810 adapter? Do you see any Yottamark or BradyID sticker from adapter? The sticker is an authentication label for Intel Ethernet adapters.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Should there be no response, we will follow up after 3 business days.

Best regards,

Crisselle C.

There is one network adapter for each server.
There are four ethernet ports on the motherboard, one of which is connected to the local network.
The E810 connects servers to each other without going through a switch.

Model is E810-CQDA2.

I didn't know the sticker, so I'll attach a photo.

Hello suhehiro,

Thank you for the patience on this matter.

Please see below feedback from our engineers and let us know if you have questions or clarifications.

Can you try the latest ice 1.8.9 from link below then try irdma again?

Intel Ethernet Drivers and Utilities - Browse /ice stable/1.8.9 at SourceForge.net

https://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/files/ice%20stable/1.8.9/

Based on the photos of the card, you are using HPE Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) version of Ethernet adapter. For OEM version of Ethernet adapters, we'd like to set your expectation that we have a limited support it would be best if you can get in touch with HP for further support since they have customized drivers, firmware and software to enable or alter features on your card. They are in best position where you can seek assistance so you don’t lose features or customizations of the Ethernet adapter.

Awaiting to your reply.

We will follow up after 3 business days in case we don't hear from you.
