I've finally been able to fix it i think. So far it's been over 3 weeks with daily use and no disconnects.
Even though I couldn't reproduce the problem with the same cable on another computer, i decided to buy a new network cable anyway and install it through the house. Since then I've had no disconnects so it's probably some weird thing like a combination of a specific kind or amount of traffic in combination with a partly faulty cable.
Hopefully a new cable fixes your problem too. It's worth a shot.

It’s crazy that after all this time it’s still not fixed.
Only solution is another motherboard I guess.

Intel(R) I211 Gigabit Network Connection
Network link is disconnected.
I changed the LAN cable and the issue is gone!
Before that I had a random network problems with onboard LAN adapter and different USB Ethernet adaptors.
I was not even think about the cable because it works with other devices without any issues.

This issue appears especially during Gaming sessions on Win 10. We play in a Team and a friend and I having the exact same issue. Both Intel Network Card + AMD Processor. Is this intended?
We can say it is not the cable. We exchanged them already.
Further I want to add this especially occours in the Game CoD Warzone. It kicks out randomly out of sessions and leads to crashes.
Please fix this. Otherwise we might need to sue.

Они же написали, что не отвечают за то говно, что произвели. Стандартно: обновите драйвера, выключите энергосбережение. Не поможет, мы тут вообще ни причем. А, и кабель-кабель замените. То, что другие сетевые модули работают по соплям с затертым и перебитым в 1000 местах кабелем, это ничего, а тут "Контактики почистиете сухой тряпочкой.."
Сотрудники у вас там сменились или зарплату урезали? Что не так?!
