hi,
we are running a windows r2 2012 machine with Gigabit 4P I350-t network Adapter attached.
All physical ports are connected to a juniper EX4300 Ethernet Switch, with windows teaming enable:
windows teaming setup:
teaming mode set to : LACP
load balancing mode set to :dynamic
we are getting this error on the event viewer :
Miniport Intel(R) Gigabit 4P I350-t Adapter, {0b4775c9-0b0a-437e-8b3d-aeee7f5c91cd}, had event Fatal error The miniport has detected an internal error
the error appear on a daily basis what case to the network driver to get crashed and lose connectivity .

we already tried the above:
check Ethernet cable,
update driver to latest one
tried both teaming method: windows teaming and Intel driver teaming ,problem keep persist.
any idea how to resolve this?

Hi Amitg,
Since you have configured LACP, make sure to configure link aggregation on the switch ports where the adapter is connected. If you continue to encounter same issue, please provide us the driver and ANS version you have installed.
