How to disable RSS in DPDK,when my NIC is configured with multiple queues?

I have configured my virtio NIC with multiple queues(4 rx, 4 tx) and in my application i am mentioning mq_mode as ETH_MQ_RX_NONE

though RSS getting applied(I pumped traffic with different source IP so queues were getting changed).

So my question is,

How to disable the RSS completely while i am having multiple queues on NIC(virtio interface).
