I am trying to install the Advanced Network Services on a Server 2019(1809) install, however I do not get the option when running the installer.

I am using the software found here

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000031823/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html

When attempting the install I only see the option for "Intel Ethernet DCB Service for iSCSI"

Any help/guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello Cahoon, To answer your question, as per the link below. Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2* is the last Windows Server operating system version that supports Intel ANS. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005667/network-and-i-o/ethernet-products.html If you have questions, please let us know. Hello Mike,

I perform the steps you listed I would then be losing the ability to have fault tolerance with having multiple interfaces.

I am not struggling with HOW to create the VLAN's or the Team, but rather with the ability for the software to be installed to allow me to do so. At the end of the day I need to confirm whether or not Intel ANS is supported on Server 2016/2019 and if my adapter (Intel(R) Ethernet 10G 4P X540/I350) is also supported. If so then there appears to be an issue with the software installing improperly that has yet to be addressed with any of the steps in this case.

I appreciate your continued help with this and look forward to hearing from you,

Carroll
