Intel 82566DM-2 Code 10 Error

Dear Sir

I have dell optiplex 755 with onboard Lan Card which is Intel 82566DM-2 with all the latest driver installed from Intel Driver Download website but the problem is that it shows me the error message code 10 This device cannot start in device manager i have tried all the operating system from windows XP , Vista and windows 7 but the problem is same "code 10 error" also i have tried the dell diagnostics utility with bootable cd and it passed all the hardware successfully please advise me what is causing this error and is there any solution i also haved contact to dell support but they don't have any solution and they told me that i need to replace the motherboard and this is the last solution for me although iam using PCI Lan card which works fine but i need to know that is there any solution available for me please advise me
