Intel Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V Code 10

Recently cleaned out the dust in my PC and when I plugged everything back in, I had ethernet problems, seen here: https://i.imgur.com/K4bOs3a.png

 

Using an Asus H270F motherboard and have tried downloading and installing the driver obtained from here: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25016/eng/PROWinx64.exe

 

At this point I'm not sure what else I can do to get it to work. Please let me know if there's any other info needed
