Intel® Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 MDI Test 4 Transmission Distortion Failure

Trying to pass MDI compliance and the only portion that is failing is the MDI compliance transmission distortion (test 4) by small margin. We have the same setup as previous projects, but the margin is barley failing. Margin is 10mV but we are around 10.18mV so its .18mV over with 2850mil trace length at the longest point. They go to Mag-jack devices so this shouldn't be an issue. These are straight fed from the i350 to the mag-jack devices.
