Intel I225-V unable install driver

Hello, I have problems with my ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING WI-FI motherboard

The ethernet controller can not install driver, and in the device manager page, the I225-V can not be recognition, so I find it in the other device but not in the network adapter.

I have tried to download and install drivers on ASUS and intel official website, but it's not working

Then, I find this adapter’s deviceID:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15FD&SUBSYS_00008086&REV_01

That is abnormal,  because other B550-A's adapter deviceID is DEV_15F3, not DEV_15FD, and I can't find my mobo's adapter deviceID(DEV_15FD) in ASUS and Intel official diriver e2f.inf ,but find DEV_15F3

I don't know why my mobo's adapter is another deviceID, even I has try force install DEV_15F3's driver (E15F3NC.DeviceDesc), of courese it doesn't working.

I'm waiting for your answer

Hi SHIZUKU,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

An Intel I225-V was distributed to OEM/vendor to have own build, configuration and settings.

There is known issue for ASUS & Gigabyte mobo:

It may also due to related to OS/windows version:
