Dear all,
Is the open-iscsi installed in Ubuntu necessary for Intel I350 iSCSI Remote Boot?
Thanks.

Hi ProgrammerF,
It is recommended to check with Ubuntu. We do not have the Ubuntu driver support for I350,
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/59679/Intel-Ethernet-Controller-I350-Series
Checking on the Ubuntu site, I found that it was stated on the website
https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/iscsi-initiator.html (Please note this website is for your reference only, Intel does not endorse or control the content of this website).
"To configure Ubuntu Server as an iSCSI initiator install the open-iscsi package. In a terminal .."
Thanks,
