Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from Intel site for this device but nothing seems to correct the code 10 error.
I have I.7 90 @ 2.67 GHZ HP

this is a generic error message, could be the device driver for device itself. Have you try obtaining the customized driver from HP* the system vendor as this is an onboard NIC? You may refer this website for reference:
