Intel X550-at2 PCI-E card Update NVM one port dosen't work

I bought a X550-at2 card (STLab N-440) . I tried to update its NVM .After the update was successful, I found that one of the network ports dosen't work. How can I fix this problem.

I updated the NVM of the network card because it couldn't operate properly at 2.5Gbp.

Use "X550_NVMUpdatePackage_v3_60"

Regarding the issue reported, would like to reconfirm if you bought this Intel® Ethernet Connection X557-AT from STLab-N440? Also, could you share where you find the NVM update from?
