I just installed a new X550-T1 in a Shuttle SH370R8
The board seems work on Windows 10 Pro but when run a check with the ProSet Adaptor Utility it reports and EEPROM error.
When I attempt use it under RHEL 8.2, CentOS 8.2 it reports a -5 EEPROM checksum error and the drivers do not initialize.
Under ESXi 7.0b it is recognized as vmnic0 but gets an error later on in the init sequence so it is not enable for use.
When try to update flash it states "No update available" by interface entry.
Is there a way to "correct this" or is the card just bad and should be returned?

I did the following Sunday Night
on Windows 10 Pro ran
bootutil -nic=1 -si -file="x550.dat"
bootutil -nic=1 -ri file="x550.dat"
Now the EEPROM passes diags on Windows 10 Pro EEPROM is read, and flagged as passed, and works on CentOS 7/8, RHEL 7/8 and ESXI 7.0b Server.
System is multi boot.
