LANConf工具如何下载？

我需要使用Intel 82575/82576物理层芯片进行一致性测试，需要启用芯片的测试模式。我希望能够使用LANConf工具来帮助我开启测试模式，但是需要RDC privileged account。我应该在哪里申请RDC privileged account，或者是下载LANConf工具？

Additionally, please note that standard Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) is required to access the RDC.
