- Is it a prebuilt or the card purchased separately?

- When the issue start happening?
- Any software or hardware changes to your system and network router/switch recently?
- Please confirm if you are using the latest driver version (Installed from ASUS or INTEL)?
- Have you checked the issue with ASUS and ISP provider?

Please confirm if you have checked the issue with ASUS and ISP provider?
Please try below step:
Manually setting "Speed & Duplex" to "1Gbps Full Duplex" in Ethernet Controller's "Properties" => "Advanced"-tab, click "OK", Unplug the cable, Wait for 10 seconds
Plugging it back in.

Apologies if the steps are not effective for you.
Kindly let us know if you have tried clean driver installation and re-install Intel Generic drivers version 28.3.
Clean driver installation steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058304/ethernet-products.html
If its still not working, please do the clean driver installation again and install the ASUS driver.
If its still not working, please be informed that we could only provided best effort support since the system is an OEM manufactured system.
Please reach out to Asus for further assistance.
