Nic Ports Not Detect

Hello team,

I installed a VyOS (Debian based) in a Dell R640, but the SO didn't detect the onboard interfaces.

The ethernet controller is Intel(R) 10GbE 4P X710 rNDC. There's no GBIC or cable connected.

Could you help with this issue?

Hello TRodr6, Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities. Is the onboard connection you are referring to the X710 or is this a different controller, and what is the controller? If the X710 is installed on a PCIe slot not onboard, please let us know if this X710 adapter is a retail Intel version or an OEM version such as Dell. Please provide the markings from the product label on the adapter to further identify the adapter. Please also provide an ethtool -i <interface> to confirm the current firmware.
