After updating the i350 network card driver to version 5.19.4, I encountered the following issue:

[ 14.924409] igb: 925, Initializing the Flow Control address, type and timer regs
[ 16.730254] igb 0000:84:00.0 ens14f0: PCIe link lost, reg: 5b50
[ 16.794246] igb 0000:84:00.1 ens14f1: PCIe link lost, reg: 5b50
[ 16.794248] igb 0000:01:00.0 ens11f0: PCIe link lost, reg: 5b50
[ 16.830689] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.
[ 16.894631] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.
[ 16.894887] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.
[ 16.930815] igb: 1618, Driver can't access device - SMBI bit is set.

The firmware information for the network card is as follows:
1. i350
ethtool -i ens11f1
driver: igb
version: 5.19.4_debug
firmware-version: 1.63, 0x80000a06
expansion-rom-version:
bus-info: 0000:01:00.1
supports-statistics: yes
supports-test: yes
supports-eeprom-access: yes
supports-register-dump: yes
supports-priv-flags: no

2 82576
ethtool -i ens14f0
driver: igb
version: 5.19.4_debug
firmware-version: 2.0, 0x00013989
expansion-rom-version:
bus-info: 0000:84:00.0
supports-statistics: yes
supports-test: yes
supports-eeprom-access: yes
supports-register-dump: yes
supports-priv-flags: no

I also tested other i350 network cards, which have firmware version 1.63 (0x800009fa), but they did not exhibit the same issue. Is this a valid assumption?

btw, the kernel log and PCI information are included in the attachments
