RSS options not showing up on new Intel 27.3(12.19.2.45) driver but available on 27.2(12.19.1.37)

Trying to upgrade Intel® Ethernet Gigabit Adapters and Connections on my Windows 10 21H2 from (26.8/12.19.1.37) to any version higher than (27.3/12.19.2.45) but the Receive Side Scaling options no longer show up in the advance tab on the network adapter. 

 

There is nothing on the articles and/or release notes regarding this change.

 

Any input?

  1. What is the complete model of your network card?
  2. Are you using an onboard/embedded network card or a PCIe network card?
  3. What is the brand and model of your board/system?
  4. Please provide a screenshot of the issue
  5. Please provide the link of your driver.
