Slow upload speed on I218-V built-in NIC

Hello, I am getting slow upload speeds on Intel I218-V built-in NIC on ASUS Z-97 Pro Wi-Fi-AC motherboard. I've tried uninstalling and clean installing ethernet adapter drivers from Intel as well as Asus websites, however I'm still getting slow upload speeds. The issue does not arise when connected to Wi-Fi, so I'm pretty sure this has to do with the ethernet driver/Windows 10 driver.

It is also worth noting that the driver version is shown differently on device manager and the windows troubleshooter.
