I need a spec sheet for WGI219LM[VER.A0,SLKJ2]as well as usable thermal specifications such as the maximum recommended case temperature or the maximum recommended junction temperature and theta Jc.

Yes. Thank you.
Theta Jc of 15.1 C/W and Max. Junction temperature of 119 degrees C.
I did notice 2 things.
The data sheet has a floating Max. Junction temperature. This should be a set temperature that take into account the material breakdown of the component, operational integrity, and fatigue over time.
The data sheet also shows that the Junction temperature increases when the air flow increases. This seems inverted.
