Before we dig in, we need to get a little bit more context on the help that you require.  Please provide the following information:

1. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility tool from this page, https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-. After running the tool, it will give you an option to save the logs as a text file. Please attach the text file on your reply.

2. Are all components on your system working fine, including any discrete cards that you have attached?

3. May we know what Intel® component are you expecting to find when looking for the device ID?

I found the original intel disk that came with computer. I loaded from that and then was able to open files and update drivers.
